ASK LEONARDO, IT IS NEVER REALLY FINISHED

THE VIRGIN ON THE ROCKS

Art is never finished, only abandoned.

Writing. Are you getting it done?

When the manuscript is finished and the revision has been done, do you find you love the novel but every time you look through it you find words, phrases, sentences - or more - you need to tweak, reorder or replace?

You are not alone.

Writing, like art, it is never finished.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

INSPIRED BY ART 3 - Leonardo da Vinci

  1. I feel like I am forever tweaking. There's a time when I stop, but the urge is still there.

I used to paint, so it was the same with that.

    Have a great weekend.

  2. Hi Medeia
Me too! It's terrible, everytime I open a document I experiment with something: looking to change the rhythm or the dynamics.
I admire your skills with paint. If I were painting, I'd have to describe my approach as experimental. ;)
Hope your travels are enjoyable. Have a great weekend.
